Experience the magic of an authentic Mongolian yurt. The yurt is exquisitely charming, nestled in a private clearing in the woods. From this central location, explore island beaches and wooded island trails. Outdoor fire pit & firewood. Solar dome fans for summer, heater for cool weather. Solar lights inside and out, beefy battery for electronics. Fast internet. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: stovetop, fridge, sink, water. Host will provide transport from the ferry to/from the yurt.

This little cabin in the woods is a wonderful place to get away from it all. Tucked away in a back meadow of our farm, hidden in the trees, you’ll love the cozy bed in the loft and privacy. It is a rustic, comfortable experience. No running water or electricity; we supply plenty of water and battery powered lanterns for you. The outhouse is close to the cabin, an outdoor shower near the farmhouse. Fresh organic sheets, wool blankets and linen down comforter make for a great sleeping place

The Tree Yurt is quite literally a yurt in the trees. Surrounded by nature, this is YEAR ROUND GLAMPING close to Portland. Water for the outdoor shower and outdoor sink is seasonal Typically May through October. We do provide water for colder months. A main house sits closer to the driveway and There is a chance the house and the yurt will be rented out at the same time. The yurt is about 200 feet from the house and the only shared space is the driveway, so it is actually very private :)
