We have a gem of a guest house, attached at the back end of our home. It comes with its own entrance less than 800 meters from the stunning northern beaches of WA! Modern and super comfortable, offered is a kitchenette, ensuite, seperate bedroom and outdoor patio space with a your own BBQ. Across the road is a fabulous Italian coffee shop/ cafe, pharmacy, IGA, fish & chips, bottle shop etc Joondalup award winning golf course, hospital and shopping centre are all less than a 10 min drive away

Modern 1 Bed Self-contained Kitchenette Unit

1 Bedroom unit with separate lounge/dining, kitchenette/Laundry, bathroom, toilet and TV. Kitchenette only has microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge, possibly only suitable for two weeks max. Entrance via side gate, with lockbox for keys. Ideal for visiting friends and family in the area, beach only 1km away and Joondaup City Centre only 5kms. Take away x2, coffee house, doctors, bakery, bus stops across the street. Short term rental only as kitchenette no ceiling vent. For light cooking only.

Nestled on Joondalup Resort Golf Club, 2 km from the Beach, The Mini House is a super stylish tranquil haven. With marble floors, 2 top quality double beds, one on mezzanine up sturdy ladder stairs, luxury spa shower, gourmet kitchen, a beautifully designed apartment. Facilities: smart TV, PS4, outdoor private courtyard, shared laundry, outdoor spa (till 10pm) at rear of main house with privacy blinds. Host separate in main house. Parking space. Ocean keys is the closest shopping centre about a 5 minute drive away.
