Four bedrooms, including a first floor, master bedroom and master bathroom, and three bedrooms upstairs, one with bunk beds!

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Our Tiny Aframe with bathhouse has everything you need to comfortably spend that amazing night with your significant other. The 12’ x 16’ Aframe has a very cozy, floating style queen bed. Also has a small kitchen area with microwave, stove top, mini fridge and freezer as well as a full set of kitchen supplies. All this is only a short walk (100 yds) from our private lake were you can enjoy kayaking, fishing and/or watching the sunsets.

The basement has a bar area with a second living room and an additional fridge. There is one pack and play and one highchair. The driveway is now paved and great for kids to ride bikes. Bring your water toys to enjoy the pond or nearby Susquehanna river or Parker Dam State Park beach area. Elk viewing is nearby in Benezette 39 miles but a gorgeous scenic drive.
