Our Curious | Opossum Hollow

Welcome to Opossum Hollow in the quaint mountain town of Travelers Rest! Our partially restored 1984 Airstream Excella, lovingly referred to as `Possum Holler', is situated on the same property as our home. With a covered space for parking and a 35 foot skylight deck, this outdoor space is designed for cool evening lounging and warm afternoon napping. We worked with a number of local artisans to design and create the entire space, ensuring most every element is handmade, upcycled, and recycled!

The forest is OPEN - Rustic cabin at Dupont Forest

Need a break from the hustle and bustle? Come stay at the "Pretty Nice Place" for a true disconnect. Immerse yourself in nature and spend your days exploring the nearby waterfalls and trails in DuPont State Forest or Caesars Head State Park. This recently-improved cabin is smack dab in the middle of a multitude of recreational opportunities. Situated off a quiet road, nestled in rhododendrons, you'll be sure to enjoy sitting around the streamside firepit or grilling on the patio. (1BD/1BA)

After a two year endeavor hand building, with love and passion, this unique cottage up in the trees, I am thrilled to welcome you to a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! The idea was to create an experience of being up in the trees and close to nature. Building a space small enough that it immediately becomes your own yet comfortably spacious, open and filled with light. A place to relax with all the amenities and still be immersed in the beauty of the mountain woods.

Cozy tiny home cabin in the Blue Ridge Foothills, near mountains for hiking or biking, Table Rock and Sliding Rock, small town shopping and eating; between Greenville, SC and Hendersonville, NC. Perfectly outfitted for a night or week. Dog lovers we have a fenced in dog park! Extra guests? There is a cleared space for your TENT beside the Cabin for $20. Message me to reserve it. The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

A cozy get-away just outside of charming Travelers Rest. Located off Hwy 25. Close to both Furman and North Greenville Universities. Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.

We are 20-40 minutes from 6 SC State Parks+Dupont Forest, State Heritage Preserves; Lakes Keowee, Jocassee & Hartwell; Foothills trail &more!

Countryside apartment near Appalachian foothills

This cozy home away from home is a completely private apartment. The private 2 bedroom apartment has its own entrance separated completely from the main home. Local residents within one hours drive from the property will not be considered. Please take note when booking; Children older than three are considered "extra guests" and need to be booked accordingly. There is a charge of $10 per night per extra guest after the first two guests.
