Nature is generally at play in the entire place where sunset is visible at full view. Mountain view is evident where Mt Apo, the country's tallest peak is visible at a close range. The House is equipped with basic functional spaces and has spacious areas. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Evenings are cool and breezy.
