Free Internet and parking is also included. The property is located in sight of surrounding residential buildings newly built/under construction. Access road may be a bit undulating in-part (100ft approximately) You are expected to hear music from a night club about 500m away on Saturday nights in some cases all night.

Sueno is a fully self contained cottage located on the north coast of Grenada. The nearest town is Sautuers, which is 5 minutes by car or a beautiful walk all the way along the beach. Sueno is a place where you just relax, feel the breeze, take a dip in the pool, take a walk on the beach and generally chill but if you want adventure, there are snorkelling, waterfalls, beaches, historical sites, hiking and rivertubing, all within 45 minutes' drive.
