Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. Poplar Hollow Barn

This home is located in the side of a rustic 1950's barn. Large kitchen-dining room, patio, and a screened porch are some of the best features. Acres of pasture to roam too! Fire pit, wood and charcoal grill. Check in 3-8pm-no late check in. No pets, parties, get togethers involving non-guests/event photos. MNSTR Permit # 500803. We are not permitted to rent to locals. This is a pet-free home and ESAs don't fall into Airbnb's service animal policy or the ADA's policy in this rental.

The Barn

The Barn is close to Restaurants, Shopping, Grocery Stores, Parks, Banks AND close enough (w/in 25min) to All Things Downtown Nashville...Nissan Stadium (Titans, Concerts, ect), Bridgestone Arena (Preds, Concerts, ect), Schermerhorn Symphony Center (concerts, events), and much more... But you will love The Barn because of the quiet location. It is at the end of a dead end road on a secluded hill but less than 5 minutes off the highway.
