The 'Happy Go Fishing Cabin' at the Park Place

The "Happy go Fishing" cabin may be small, but it has everything you need to get away and enjoy some time to refresh/relax. It's not about what all you can do while on vacation, the focus here is on taking a break. Feed the fish on the dock, or catch a few. Build a fire in the pit or take the canoe for a spin. Enjoy your early morning coffee on the dock and watch the sunbeams slant through the trees on the water. Farm eggs,locally roasted coffee, and a bundle of firewood provided with each stay.

Henry Connor Bost House

Welcome to the Henry Connor Bost House. Our home was built in 1869 and has been fully restored to it's previous glory! It is listed on The National Register of Historic Places. The comfortable furnishings, luxury linens, and modern amenities make this country estate a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. Enjoy eating outside on the large farm table, swimming in the lovely pool, or walking the 135 acres. A second home listed as The Cottage at Henry Connor Bost Farm can also be rented.

The charming cottage features warm wood floors, two inviting bedrooms downstairs, along with a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. An additional bedroom upstairs offers extra comfort and privacy, accommodating at least two guests, and a beautiful view of the outdoor splendor.

The cabin is conveniently located on Main Street in downtown Mocksville (one of the closest residential property to downtown restaurants, shopping, pubs, etc.).

“The Homeplace” - Charming Farmhouse

“The Homeplace” was built in the early 1900s and newly renovated in 2018. The farmhouse holds the history of five generations, and now it gets to be shared with guests. The property is located in the charming town of Mocksville, NC, about 30 minutes from Winston Salem and approximately an hour from Charlotte. Enjoy the views of neighboring fields, a peach orchard and the grandeur of the old barn located in the backyard.
