Electric and gas grills available with outdoor sink for cleaning fish. Attached to hobby farm with goats, ducks, geese, and chickens. More than 50 acres available to roam with 4 ponds. A 15 min. drive to town and restaurants. There is no tv or WiFi in the cottage so be prepared to relax and reconnect with how life used to be!

It's family friendly for playing games, walking, and peaceful large front porch with rockers to star gaze into the night sky.

Walmart is 5 minutes away the other direction in Waynesboro.

In this old neighborhood, I tore down the old home built in 1939, put up a new refresh home spacious fenced and gated yard, spacious front and back private no crime or only 1 house next to it, 1 house across from it. Where neighbors are friendly watch out for one another it's safe area.. Come and enjoy country living..
