We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. A Tranquil Renovated Riverfront Barn House Retreat

Newly installed vinyl plank flooring throughout this beautiful riverfront getaway overlooking our marina, where we are surrounded by coastal mountains and teeming wildlife. Our well-stocked unit features knotty pine tongue and groove interior plus a modern kitchen and an amazing bathroom. This getaway is your ideal launch point for hiking, biking, day trips to the beach (15 minute drive) or simply a spot to enjoy the day away from the pesky winds and chilling fog of the coast.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Views of the Siuslaw River, coastal mountains on both sides. Two bedrooms and bath on the main floor, finished attic, two living areas, and basement. There are two houses on this property and another cabin next door. All are independent free-standing houses and can be rented together or separately. The house was built in the 50's and still has a "cabin" feel. Cozy and spacious for a family.
