It is a private 400 sqft, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage with a kitchen, set back from the road and surrounded by pastures and trees. 1 King-size bed in the bedroom 1 Queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the Living room This cottage is one of the three cottages on our 16-acre property. Walk out of the cottage and enjoy the 16 acres of land. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking ware, coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer.

One bedroom cottage in the beautiful and historic Summerville area of Augusta! Located close to the Medical District, the Augusta National, and fantastic dining options in Downtown Augusta. A beautiful 1/2 a mile walk to Rocky Comfort Creek where you can fish or relax. Lots of animals around the farm. A kids paradise! Just come and enjoy a relaxing day in the country. A 15 min. drive to town and restaurants. There is no tv or WiFi in the cottage so be prepared to relax and reconnect with how life used to be!

Enjoy our local treasures like the Ollie Also and Stanie Too Fine Mess Old Car Museum or The Laurel and Hardy Museum. For our nature lovers we recommend Euchee Creek Park maybe enjoy one of several walking trail at Augusta Canal National Heritage Area.
