"Levanta" is located at Davgata village just 15' away from Argostoli. Four independent residences, were first built in the early 1900s but were totally renovated in 2017 maintaining the traditional beauty of the area. Our policy is to provide all 4 of them to one party at a time to ensure your privacy. Each one has its own unique identity and comfort. "Levanta" also contains a swimming pool with lounge chairs, a Bbq, an outdoor gym and wonderful gardens that surround the entire one acre plot.

I have 5x self contained studio apartments, all with en suite bathrooms, cooking facilities and private balconies. (all with sea views) The beach is only 5 mins walk away & a safe haven for children. Close to the taverna's (fresh fish & traditional food) Nearby village. Un-spoilt scenery, spectacular views, walking/biking tracks,on the door step. Tranquillity for a relaxing holiday. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. This house is unique and serene because it is placed underneath the rocks of Meteora. The decoration makes you feel like home. During the morning you can take your breakfast in the yard and after a hiking day you can prepare your dinner and relax outside gazing at the lightened rocks of Meteora and enjoy the silence. Use your Netflix account in our Smart TVs!! Pets can also relax and play in the yard which is secure and safe without worrying of escaping.
