Недалеко от моря (6 мин пешком по ровной асфальтированной дорожке) расположен этот уютный дом. Сделанный в деревенском стиле. но со всеми удобствами. Он стоит в небольшом фруктовом саду (персики сливы груши яблоки). Самое большое достоинство зтого дома нет вблизи развлекательных заведений. Отсутствие суеты вокруг дает возможность уединиться и качественно отдохнуть. Наличие ухоженного двора и барбекю с беседкой тоже большой плюс. В шаговой доступности есть прод.магазин со свежей выпечкой.

A small (32 square meters) summer family house located on the beach of Megali Ammos. Wake up and jump straight to the sea, sleep with the sound of the waves. Outside siting area where you can have your lunch or dinner under the shade of the pomegranates and palm tree. Sun-beds on the terrace to relax and some that you can carry to the beach underneath. Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη των Τρικάλων το "Βαρουσι". Μόλις 5’ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Η ησυχία και η αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι σε χωριό το διακρίνει. Μια γραφική, όμορφη, ζεστή γειτονιά από άλλη εποχή, ακριβώς κάτω από το κάστρο, δίπλα στον λόφο του προφήτη Ηλία, περικυκλωμένο από εκκλησίες. Parking υπάρχει στον ακριβώς επάνω δρόμο στα 10μ, σούπερ μάρκετ στα 800μ. Η περιοχή "Μανάβικα" όπου βρίσκονται όλες οι ταβέρνες και τα μπαράκια βρίσκεται στα 400μ.
