My old town flat is in the heart of Solothurn with a large sun terrace. Close restaurants, shops, museums. Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave, freeWIFI, double bed, plus 1 sofa bed, bed linen, towels, iron, hairdryer, washing machine and tumbler. ideal for couples, solo or business travelers. buses are 150 meters close and the trainstation reachable on foot in 10 minutes. Parking spaces are next to the house and free overnight. Free during the day with a 5 minute drive away.

Wir vermieten unser sehr kleines Studio (13qm) mit privatem Eingang für eine oder zwei Personen. WIR BIETEN KEIN FRÜHSTÜCK AN. Das Bett (140 x 200 cm) ist mit einem Handgriff im Nu in ein Sofa verwandelbar. Verfügbar sind WLAN, ein Schreibplatz, ein Fernseher und ein Terrassensitzplatz. Eine eigene Dusche/WC, Bettwäsche mit Frottiertüchern, Föhn und Haarshampoo sind vorhanden. Es steht eine einfache und gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung.

Diese einzigartige Unterkunft hat einen ganz besonderen Stil. Jugendstilvilla Baujahr 1912 mit grosser Terasse 20m2 und Garten befindet sich im Hochparterre eine grosse WG 80m2 mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir tragen Sorge zur Ambiente. Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gross ,sauber, hell und neu möbiliert. Fühlt Euch willkommen. Carpe Diem 🦋

Voll ausgestattet, jedoch auf das Wesentliche reduziert, ist dieses Tiny House der perfekte Ort für eine Auszeit. Praktisch vor der Haustür lädt das Naherholungsgebiet "Witi" mit seinen grossen Naturflächen zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren ein. Gleich neben dem Campingplatz befindet sich das Restaurant zum Grüene Aff.

Im Schatten der Bäume gehört dir während der Zeit deines Aufenthalts eine kleine Terrasse, der separate Eingang ist über ein paar Treppenstufen zu erreichen.

Renovated in spring of 2016 with a completely new bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, the flat provides enough space for up to six people. The house is situaded in beautiful and quiet surroundings.

Welcome to your home away from home! Our house is located in the Jura foothills just above the village of Pieterlen (Canton Bern). It's close to the bilingual (German and French) city of Biel/Bienne. We are also bilingual (German and English) and can understand/make ourselves understood in French.
