Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Bushalte naar Amsterdam Centraal bevindt zich op 1 minuut loopafstand. Trein bevindt zich op 5 minuten loopafstand. Het levendige centrum van Purmerend , De Koemarkt, bevindt zich op 2 minuten loopafstand met diverse restaurants, cafés, supermarkten en een groot winkelcentrum. Eigen ingang met 24/7 toegang en toegangscode. Smart+Fire TV aanwezig.

Kom hier tot rust, in uw eigen 'home sweet home', van alle gemakken voorzien, in een rustige omgeving... alle ingrediënten voor een heerlijk ontspannen verblijf voor max 4 personen. Gelegen naast het natuurreservaat 't Twiske, ideale plek om te varen, suppen, wandelen, fietsen. Fiets in 10 min naar A'dam Noord of in 30 min naar Centraal Station. Met het OV is het ook maar 20 min naar Centraal Station en binnen 30 min bij de RAI, of de sfeervolle Pijp met z'n vele terrasjes en het museumplein.

Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Kom tot rust en geniet van het geweldige uitzicht over het prachtige natuurgebied Het Twiske. Langs een naastgelegen wandelpad kunt u Het Twiske per voet ontdekken. Hier kunt u genieten van de natuur, ontspannen op één van de stranden, zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen, vogels spotten en kanoën. Bijzondere locaties zoals Amsterdam, Volendam en de Zaanse Schans zijn bereikbaar op 20 min afstand. Het gastenverblijf is gloednieuw en heeft alles wat u nodig zult hebben. Gratis parkeren voor de deur.

This cosy apartment is a hidden gem in the centre of a peaceful little village but only 15 minutes by bus from Amsterdam central station! This small village has all dutch characteristics. The house has two floors, downstairs the living room with a modern kitchen with terrace and an upstairs with the bedroom with a freestanding bath. The spectacular view of the water immidiatly transforms the mind after a visit in Amsterdam. From this quiet area it is only 10 minutes by public transport to the Central Station in Amsterdam.

Our guesthouse 'Achterom' is located in the beautiful, quiet Watergang. You reach the center of Amsterdam in 12 minutes by bus or car. Nice outdoors combined with everything the city has to offer.

Everything for a wonderful holiday / short break is present. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are around the corner And not to forget, Amsterdam is a stone's throw away by bus and train very easy to reach via the station which is within walking distance (100 meters) of the apartment.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village 10 minutes' drive from Amsterdam. In the morning, you see the sun rise on the horizon, in the evening you dine on the jetty by the water while grebes and coots swim by. From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.

Ilpendam is een pittoresk dorpje vlakbij Amsterdam, in 10 minuten ben je met de bus op Amsterdam Centraal Station. Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.
