We are a retired couple who love to travel and we may or may not be home at the time of your rental, but will always be available by text if you need anything.

Darlene's Country Cottage

Darlene’s Country Cottage is a 3 1/2 bedroom, air-conditioned rustic cottage nestled on a country road in Blackville in the Miramichi Region of New Brunswick. NEW: We have high-speed cable internet, and Rogers cable TV at the cottage. Our drinking water is from a private well and it is safe and delicious. No need to buy water. This cottage rental is perfect if you’re looking for a vacation place that feels like home. Families, fishermen, tubers, long stays and one-nighters are welcome!

Work or Play in the Miramichi

Entire House- you will have the main level of a stacked duplex. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a view of the Miramichi River from your private large deck. You will enjoy an open-concept fully equipped kitchen extending into the living room. A mini split will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Plenty of parking and within walking distance of downtown and many other amenities. This is great for work stays, visits to the "Chi" or longer stays. Enjoy your time!

Steps to waterfront, enjoy striped bass fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking...A few minutes drive to town for essentials! Kick back around the fire pit, BBQ and play lawn games. Equipped with all the basics for up to 6 guests and is ideally suited for ages 6 yrs+. Notes: 2nd bedroom is an open loft area, shared driveway access with house at the road. 1 pet maximum. Hambrook Point Cottages Grainfield Retreat

Grainfield cottage is the newest edition to Hambrook Point Cottages. Built as a replica of the original Homestead cottage and features all the historic details, with a larger loft and full bathroom. Located at the confluence of the south west Miramichi and Renous rivers, the story and a half cottage features most amenities and more including wood burning stove and veranda with swing. Decorated with a vintage feel, it captures the romantic and tranquil retreat experience of the original.

This area is a well-known destination for salmon and trout fishing in the summer, snowshoeing and snowmobiling in the winter.
