Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

Sycamore Yurt

Finished to a high standard our yurts come fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break including wood burners with oven, private barbecue, sun loungers, hammock. Private shower and WC facilities. Woodfired pizza oven for use of both yurts. Book both yurts together with family and friends and get whole site to yourselves.

With private parking we are perfect for a weekend away or longer stay any time of the year.

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The Loft is not overlooked by anybody and is yours to enjoy in total privacy!

Annex B

Annex B is a spacious and quiet apartment that backs onto a patio and wider garden. Mostly arranged over the ground floor with wood floor and level access facilities, Annex B is ideal for guests seeking easy mobility. Additionally there are 2 single beds on a mezzanine floor plus a large sofa bed in the lounge area. AC keeps temperature just right, and an extensive fully equipped kitchen area means you can self-cater without problem. Free WiFi and smart TV. Linen/towels provided.

Beautiful Lakeside Lodge (PF17)

Whether it’s chilling out on the decking or having a base from which to explore the beautiful Norfolk coast & surrounding areas then our lodge is perfect for you situated looking out over the main lake at the peaceful award winningYaxham waters holiday park perfect for couples & families. Private fishing is included at the 3 well established lakes for those that wish to bring their own fishing equipment & a valid licence. There’s an onsite cafe with an adjacent children’s play area.

Harry's Place - a rural retreat

Harry's Place is a light, self-contained, upstairs apartment. It has all you need for a relaxing break or a working base and is a quiet space with countryside views from every room. There are sloping ceilings but tall people generally manage! Well-behaved pets are welcome but they must not be left alone in the apartment. Located in the centre of Norfolk, less than 3 miles from shops in Dereham, but tucked away on a quiet lane, Harry's Place is an ideal base for exploring Norfolk.

The Cottage at The Old School-sleeps 2

Recently refurbished, this detached cottage is set on what used to be the playground of The Old School. This unique, peaceful one bedroomed upside down home, offers you a place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Located in a conservation area in Lyng, you are ideally placed to visit the historic city of Norwich or the wonderful North Norfolk coastline. The village offers idyllic walks and also benefits from a local shop and The Fox pub, all within walking distance.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Little Orchard is adjoined to the family home with it's own private entrance, it offers open plan kitchen, living room & dining space. Separate double bedroom with en-suite wet room. Situated in the heart of Norfolk, and so central for visiting Norwich (14 miles), the beautiful Norfolk Broads and all the varied beaches from Hunstanton to Gt. Yarmouth. Sandringham is worth a visit also High Lodge in the Thetford Forest.
