Lake activities for our guests run from the Colgate Boathouse — short walk down Frank Road or quick drive to its dedicated parking lot. Self-serve kayaks, paddleboards, and life vests. Relax with the Completely renovated waterfront home on DeRuyter Lake. The home is situated on the north peninsula of Crone Island between 50' of pristine waterfront & panoramic views on both sides of the property. This relaxing getaway will create lasting memories you will remember for a lifetime. The property features 2 docks (May 1st - Oct. 1st), two decks and amenities needed to enjoy your couples or family stay. The home has a master bedroom, two additional twin beds, and a pull out couch.

As you walk into the property, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for cozying up after a long day of outdoor activities. The property has a private deck complete with a fire pit where you can gather around in the evenings while enjoying the starry night sky. Relax in our private indoor hot tub, available for use year-round. The south end of the lake has an adorable general store that offers a variety of goods and activities.

DeRuyter Lake house near mountainous section of the Finger Lakes hiking trail & Highland Forest. Home off main road on year quiet lane directly on lake. Clean pristine lake. 1 of top 2 highest NY reservoirs feeders for Erie Canal. Nicer quality dock with ladder. Floaties, kickboards, noodles. 2 nice kayaks-2 person & 1 person sit on top type, canoe. Bocce set, horseshoes. Some random jackets there. For safety bring yours. NOTE-NO DECK TABLE pictured anymore. Bring your toys! Boats etc.

Enjoy this lakeside camp that you will find very clean. Nice big porch with water views. Great location on the south end where in season you can walk over to the DeRuyter Lake General Store for bait, tackle, ice, snacks, ice cream & more. The Boat House Restaurant is around the corner also on the water. The property is set up for handicap accessible, including an outside ramp, all rooms are on the first level, and the bathroom is designed for a wheelchair to wheel right in the shower.

Enjoy this peaceful spot surrounded by water on 3 sides of DeRuyter Lake in upstate NY. Set on a peninsula, this home has a lot of fun features, including a full lawn, screened in wrap around porch facing the water, outdoor BBQ area, fire pit, and seasonal private dock and boat slip. The Boathouse Restaurant is just a walk away. The friendly DeRuyter Lake General Store you can see from the porch windows on the south end. Please provide your own sheets, blankets, and towels. DeRuyter Lakefront Camp w/ Boat Dock, 3br

Enjoy this peaceful spot with your whole family on the water's edge of DeRuyter Lake in upstate New York. Lots of added fun with the fire pit, BBQ grill, deck overlooking the water, dock to jump off, a kayak and canoe. Please bring your own bedding and bath towels. There are two queen beds, one in each main bedroom, and a bunk bed with two twins in the third bedroom. You provide your own sheets, blankets, and comforters thanks. We have pillows on the beds.
