Federation style and spacious home is one of the best locations in Devonport; only 5-10 minute WALKING distance to the CBD, the beach,restaurants, supermarket & cafes.Only 2 minutes from our main walking track which connects shops, the river & our two main beaches. The Villa is a best place to see the New Year firework & Christmas celebration with friends and family. Our one bedroom unit has a separate bedroom with double bed, full kitchen, living space, bathroom & laundry. The studio looks out over our garden and courtyard, which can be used by guests. The studio is separate to our main house located down the driveway in the garden. Located a short 10 min drive from the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry, perfect for those early morning sails or late arrivals. A short walk to the Bluff area (15 mins) or to shops and cafes including Hill Street Grocer (10 mins).

My place is very close to the Devonport Mersey Bluff, the beach, great views, restaurants and great walking tracks. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, clean kitchen and homelike feel. Recently renovated, my place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travellers. It is close to the Spirit of Tasmania (11 minute drive), Devonport airport (12 minute drive) and Cradle Mountain.
