Vanuit deze centraal gelegen ruimte ligt alles voor de hele groep binnen handbereik. 7 minuten lopen vanaf het station Weesp waar je met 14 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal bent. Ruime woning met twee slaapkamers met allebei een twee persoons bed en twee slaapkamers met kinder bedden. 1 los matras waar een bed van gemaakt kan worden op de grond. Plek voor vijf volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Grote U bank en smart tv met vele apps. Goede WiFi, robot stofzuiger, wasmachine en droger. Buiten 3x hoekbank.

Tijdens je verblijf in ons huis vind je rust in alle drukte. De woning is ruim opgezet en heeft een grote tuin, waar je ook als het regent lekker kan zitten. Ons huis ligt op een steenworp afstand van het centrum van Amsterdam. Binnen een kwartier sta je op het Leidseplein en loop je over de grachten. terwijl het huis zich in een hele rustige en kindvriendelijke buurt bevindt. De woning is gedeeltelijk gerenoveerd. De begane grond en eerste verdieping zijn helemaal nieuw en klaar voor gebruik.

Prachtig stadsstrand met restaurant en surfclub en een heerlijk park op 2 minuten lopen. Ons huis is zeer geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen. IJburg is een moderne rustige wijk in Amsterdam waar voornamelijk gezinnen wonen. IJburg heeft diverse winkels, supermarkten, restaurants en een gezellige haven.

My space is suitable for couples, families, groups and business travelers but also suitable (only upon request) to create your own private party. Country live in Amsterdam City !

Green Oasis at sailing barge "the Rederijker"

Your stay is at an unique sailing barge . In summertime we organize daytrips from Amsterdam to the IJsselmeer. Recently we have transformed our beautiful ship in a 'Green Oasis' for Air bnb purposes off saison . The ship is moored in the harbour of IJburg, near the centre of Amsterdam. Around the harbour are many restaurants to be found, like NAP, DOK 48 and Blijburg. Supermarket and other shops in the neighbourhood.

"Sailing barge Titaan” is a relatively new ship in the Dutch fleet. She is build in 2001 and has been used mostly for romantic sailing trips and weddings. Nowadays she has been refitted to accommodate groups of passengers (up to 12 people). The traditional white sailing barge in combination with a more modern and luxury interior gives the whole ship an interesting twist and a perfect place to unwind and relax.

There is a fireplace and possibilities for a campfire on the patio. There is free parking in this neighborhood and also great access to Amsterdam city center by metro (10 min walking).
