Downstairs, an open floor plan connects the updated kitchen, living & dining areas and a full-bath with shower. A vintage wooden staircase opens up to a second story with a half-bath and master bedroom with high ceilings, comfortable queen bed & more great views. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves.

Our cottage is the perfect spot for singles or couples to enjoy everything about Dillon Beach. Just 100 yards from the beach with sweeping panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Point Reyes National Seashore. Please take a look at all the 5 Star Reviews we received this year. Family Beach Cottage

Third generation family cottage with beach, private hot tub on the deck and amazing views of Tomales Bay. The gravel frontage road leading from State Route 1 to the Beach Cottage was once part of the narrow gauge railroad that took vacationers, farm animals and lumber up and down the coast from 1871 to 1930. If you need more space, you can also book our Rustic Beach Cottage, which is directly next door and offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, as well as its own outdoor hot tub and fabulous bay view.

This beautiful studio is the entire ground floor of a classic village beach house just a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach for you and your pet to freely roam. The guest suite boasts a large secluded deck for basking in the sun during the day, or hosting a BBQ at night-and is dog friendly. It’s convenient for outings to Bodega Bay, Point Reyes, Sebastopol and local seafood restaurants. You can also “walk out the backyard gate” to dine at Coastal Kitchen and take an evening stroll on the beach.

Our home is quiet, relaxing and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is one bedroom (loft style) with a king size bed and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. The couch is a foldout. Bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with a well-stocked spice cabinet, dining room & large deck with Weber BBQ. There's a smart tv & sound bar, unlimited WiFi, a DVD player, board games & beach toys which you're welcome to use. Or you can just relax in the hammock & watch the clouds go by. No ocean view.

Cozy, clean and great vibe! This updated (including solar battery backup) cottage with a modern retro flair is in a walkable location near the General Store, Coastal Kitchen, and main beach access. It is a sleepier section of the village with a peekaboo view of the ocean from the corner of the deck, and pastoral views from the fully fenced backyard. There's even a doggy door & potty area for your fur family. EV charging using our 40Amp Level 2 charger, or plug yours into our NEMA14-50.

The Beach House

This stunning house sits on a bluff directly above the ocean. Sit in the living room with a 180 degree view of the ocean, hear the waves as they roll in, watch birds of prey land on a cypress tree, and deer, foxes and other wildlife forage on the hill. Occasionally, see a whale or dolphin swimming off shore. At dusk, watch the sun set as you make dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Later watch the moon and stars come out as you relax to the sound of the waves.

Eagle's Nest Treehouse Farm Stay is a tranquil, secluded, luxurious, romantic wilderness experience in a private forest on a 400 acre working ranch. Thirty feet above the forest floor you are nestled in a gorgeous, well-appointed suite of 1,000 year old polished redwood, with bathroom and amazing copper/glass forest-view shower. Walk along sandy Dillon Beach, hike to the estero, fish from the many coves, kayak, surf, paddleboard or kiteboard at the beach, eat oysters from the pristine Tomales Bay, or curl up with a book on the couch.
