In the heart of Dillon, this Summit Yacht Club condo offers easy access to year-round outdoor activities: walking distance to bars, the amphitheater (free weekend summer concerts), the marina and hiking/biking trails. Drive to Keystone in 10 minutes (or take the free Summit County bus across the street) and A-Basin/Copper in 15. Breckenridge is 25 and Vail a quick 35.

Fun & Cozy Cabin without the Woods

A hideaway close to Summit County activities. This hand built cabin features two bedrooms with double beds and a loft with two single beds. The hot tub on the private deck gives 180 degree views of the Gore and Ten Mile Ranges. Please note - this is not a luxury home. The cabin is not secluded. The cabin is generally very quiet but you might hear occasional traffic noises. On the plus side, the cabin is close to all amenities in Silverthorne and has a very comfortable vibe.

You're welcome to use our assigned garage space, an additional parking spot and have in-unit ski storage.
