Completely furnished with a fully stocked kitchen. Shared laundry room by one other unit and your parking space included right under your place! This condo is turnkey offering a shared area for all guests with a Hot Tub, BBQ, and fire pit and more! A perfect way to relax after a day at the beach!

Classic 3/1 beach house, half block to beach

Classic beach house, 1/2 block to beach. Plenty to do in OB. Our dog friendly (NO Cats) Beach House is between OB pier & Dog Beach, short walk. We also have a cozy back patio with a small grass area for your fur-baby $150 pet fee. A pet agreement must be signed before check in. We have ring motion lights w/camera. Units are under the flight path of SD airport, earplugs provided. We live in the front unit, see you soon. Copy of ID is required for host. Street parking only for this unit.

Just steps to the Sand and Ocean waves! Small condo in Beautiful OB by the Dog beach! One bedroom condo with a private yard for your personal use only with a cozy fire pit/grill to enjoy the night! Walking distance to many restaurants and the pier in Ocean Beach with many shops to go to. Only Dogs are welcome, please add your pet in the guest count :) and let us know. Pets may NEVER be left alone. We have a portable AC plus we get a great ocean breeze and have cooling fans!
