The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

The region is a paradise for nature and sports enthusiasts: numerous hiking, cycling, and swimming opportunities await, as well as nearby ski lifts and toboggan runs. In the neighboring towns of Rorschach, Heiden, and St. Gallen, you'll find a variety of shopping options and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Dazu möchte ich euch einladen und euch ein wohliges Zuhause bieten. Das Chalet liegt in der Dorfmitte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Geschäfte sowie Restaurants (unter anderem das "Guth", in dem auch gerne der Bundespräsident zu Gast ist) sind fußläufig erreichbar und die tolle Verkehrsanbindung machen Ihren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis!

Vermiete alte, kleine, einfache, gemütliche Selbstversorger-Hütte mit knarrendem Boden und quietschenden Türen auf ca. 1.000 Meter Seehöhe am Bödele mit 2 Terrassen mit Blick auf den Bodensee + kleiner Pool für die Sommermonate Willkommen sind: Familien, Frauengruppen, gemischte Gruppen, Senioren, etc. ACHTUNG: Auf Grund von wiederholt schlechten Erfahrungen mit reinen Männergruppen (Saufgelage mit Lärmbelästigung), vermieten wir nicht mehr an solche Gruppen!!!

Urlaub in den Alpen Unsere neu renovierte Ferienwohnung in den Bergen (1000 m ü. A.) stellt für jede/n eine warme und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Bleibe zum vernünftigen Preis dar. Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar. Der Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge ist fantastisch. Abendrot geniessen oder am Beamer einen Film geniessen.

Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Wohnung: Es handelt sich hier um eine 2018 fertig gestellte " Holz 100 Wohnung"! Der komplette Wohnbereich wurde aus Vollholz, Lehm, Stein und natürlichen Dämmstoffen errichtet! Die Wohnung hat eine Fläche von 78 m² und besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Wohnküche, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wanne, Waschbecken, separatem WC, Essbereich und einer 10m² großen Terrasse! Im 2 OG steht auch ein Abstellraum mit Waschtrog zur Verfügung!
