OH DEER holiday house

Cosy, calm and modern holiday house with sauna and hot tub with jacuzzi. Location only 4 km from city centre in the middle of forest. We offer comfortable and silent stay outside of the city. Holiday house is equipped with all necessary things to stay- heating, AC, well equipped kitchen, WC, shower, smart TV, free car parking. One double bed is located on loft, and foldable sofa is located in living room. Sauna and hot tub is for extra charge- bathtub 60EUR, Sauna 30 EUR. Pets are not allowed!

Historical farmer's house in nature Kāŗkliņi

Kārkliņi was built in 1892 Kārkliņi were wealthy farmers who owned a horse stable, as well as cows, pigs and other animals as they were an integral part of the farm at the time! In 1979 the house was bought from Kārkliņi by my grandmother Zigrīda Stungure who was once a brilliant actress at the Daile Theater, She and her husband Jānis used the house as a summer's residence In 2013 I took over Kārkliņi. For the past 10 years, I have returned the house to its original form as it was in 1920

We are in a friendly and quiet suburb Livi, exactly 4.5km from the city Cesis and 3.5km from the longest ski slopes in Latvia (Ozolkalns & Zagarkalns).

The house has preserved its historic character and authentic charm while offering the essentials for a comfortable stay. A genuine home with its own story, history and atmosphere, where guests are personally welcomed and introduced to its heritage.

Kalnu dzīvoklis (The hill condo)

A small but very cozy apartment awaits its guests! Everything you need to feel comfortable - to cook and enjoy a meal, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, etc. You can reach Žagarkalns and Ozolkalns skiing tracks within a 5-minute walk, and it takes 7 minutes to reach Gauja National Park nature trails. A 5-minute drive to the city centre, Medieval oldtown, Cesis castle, etc. There is clothes dryer in an especially equipped wardrobe. Guaranteed parking in the yard. Feel like at home!

Dzīve mežā. Bembijs (Lejas Akmeņlauži)

Faktiski off-the-grid guļbūves namiņš (tikai elektrības pieslēgums). Māja nav etnogrāfiska kopija, taču tās istabas izmērs (4 x 5m) un konstrukcija atbilst saimes mājai dažus gadsimtus senā pagātnē. Var ērti nomazgāt rokas un traukus no piepildāmas ūdens tvertnes, ir virtuves stūrītis ar elektrisko plīti, malkas krāsniņa uz kuras var arī gatavot ēdienu, kompostējošā biotualete. Dažu desmitu metru attālumā ir neliela upīte, kā arī kaļķakmens avoti. Galvenais šeit ir baudīt mieru un dabu.

Mīļmājiņa

Mājiņas cenā ir iekļauts jacuzzi (lietot var visu uzturēšanās laiku), grils, kokogles un degšķidrums. Vasaras sezonā (no 1. maija līdz 30.septembrim) pieejama labiekārtota, plaša āra terasīte ar āra mēbelēm. Par papildus samaksu 35eur - pieejama īsta, fantastiska lauku pirtiņa ar malku kurināma, saukta "Alfrēda tumšā pirtiņa". Tā sniedz fenomenālas sajūtas! Lūgums vismaz 1 dienu pirms ierašanās datuma, informēt par vēlmi izmantot pirtiņu. Lietot var visu uzturēšanās laiku.
