Experience Duluth Arts in the BB Makers Loft

The BB Makers Loft vacation rental is the newly renovated studio apartment above the BB Event Gallery. Charming, unique, and locally furnished, visitors of the BB Makers Loft experience Duluth’s local and vibrant arts community first hand. Unlike any other hotel or vacation rental, the BB visitors can stay, sleep, shop, and support local artisans right from the comfort of the loft. The home is located in the Spirit Valley neighborhood in West Duluth. Canal Park and Downtown is a 10 min drive.

Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

It is perfectly located 20 minutes from Duluth and 5 minutes from Two Harbors, 5 from a boat launch. Our cabin is certified as Net Zero Ready through the DOE and was designed and built by Timberlyne.

Enjoy 200 ft of private lakeshore while staying in this spacious and serene home with sweeping views of Lake Superior. Take a quick walk to the nearby candy store and search for agates in the Knife River. Perfect location to take advantage of all the Northshore has to offer, as well as Duluth. Note: If you must cancel your reservation due to inclement weather in December - March, we will refund your stay. You must cancel on or before your scheduled arrival date to receive your refund.

This is a bright, modern home with all the amenities needed for a great vacation. The private hot tub, steps outside the front door, makes your up north trip feel like a true vacation. Relax and enjoy nature in this quiet country setting or take the short drive into Lakeside for area attractions. Roasting s’mores over the campfire is the icing on the cake. Just ten minutes from the Duluth Lakewalk and the Duluth Traverse Mountain bike trail system. The home is 25 minutes from Canal Park.

Wildwood Cottage is a newly built, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, pet free retreat, nestled into the woods. There are 80-plus acres of forested state land to the south of the property and a walking trail to the Sucker River leading to a fabulous swimming hole. Located 19 mi. from Canal Park/Downtown Duluth, 14 mi. to Two Harbors, 4.5 mi. to Stoney Point and 6.6 mi to Knife River Marina Beach, makes this a fabulous location 1 mi. north of Lake Superior and the North Shore Scenic Drive.

Off Grid cabin, Cozy, warm up by the fire.

A unique, octagon, cedar log cabin, situated on 40 secluded wooded acres. A short hike over the Sucker River on a storybook foot bridge to a generous deck which surrounds the cabin. You will need to be physically fit to stay here. You must climb a steep ladder to the loft and do a 2ft step to get off the deck to the marshy land below for making a fire. Also bring a sense of adventure! Wildlife is very near. We do not allow animals or smoking of any kind, sorry.

Retreat to this secluded cabin, resting on a hill along the Knife River nestled in 15 acres. You'll be met with a spacious, yet cozy environment with a bedroom and a separate loft area. The cabin features a sauna, a beautiful stone shower, two bathrooms and a tub. The south side of the land runs along the knife river with an overlook, perfect for the sunrise. The land is yours to explore. We have fallen in love with this space, and we truly hope you do too.
