This modern space features a beautiful, spacious bathroom (with tub for 2!), full kitchen, one bedroom with queen bed, and sleeper sofa in living room. It’s located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood and has a private driveway & entrance with self check-in. Conveniently situated off a main road, it's close to GSP airport, Taylors Mill, and just 8 miles from downtown Greenville.

This little ground-floor studio sits beside our home, located 3 mi. from GSP, 4 mi. from BMW, 2 mi. from downtown Greer, and a mile from the Greer Memorial Hospital (Prisma). It is close to amenities, yet has a country feel. Please Note: We don't allow smoking anywhere on our property. We don't want to endanger future guests who may have serious reactions to residual cigarette smoke. If you smoke, kindly choose another place to stay. We also do not allow pets.

Just a few minute drive from Tryon and Landrum for dining/ shopping, and plenty to do in the area or just relax and enjoy the beautiful farm!

Platts' Place Retro Retreat

The guest suite is located on the first floor of a two-story subdivision home. The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locked door (both sides are locked.) The private guest entrance is at the back of the home. People live here though, so plan on a little noise transfer from the street and home. Parking is on site. The space is pet free, but guests are welcome to visit our pets if they need to cuddle some fur babies.
