Here's a chance to try out a great, fully furnished tiny home 1 hour from the beach. Heat & ac, grill, campfire pit, outdoor seating, inside a privacy fence in a quiet country setting. There is a farm across the road, when the wind blows from the southwest you might experience the smell of livestock but mostly it's fresh air and sunshine. Sorry but NOT suitable for children or elderly because of steep staircase. Small hot water heater, may have to wait between showers No Guests in Pool! NO KIDS!

There are two properties on this location. Both are rented separately. The Farmhouse & Guest house has beautiful views of crop lands & farm animals of Cedar Vines. The guest house has a private & lovely setting. Sit under the grapevine that drapes over a patio pergola & sip your favorite refreshment. The guest house is directly behind the main farm house. 5/4 home in the quiet country setting. 30 minutes from Kingston or Jacksonville NC. Half the time I am not there so I am looking for someone such as a travel nurse that will do 3 to 6 months at a time. You will have full reign of the house kitchen, large screen TV as well as a TV in your room with your own private bath. There's a covered carport for you to park. The home has SimpliSafe alarm system with five outdoor cameras in a very safe neighborhood. There is an indoor cat, ask for details!

Our place is less than an hour from several beaches, State, County Parks and hiking. This space is perfect for two ! Microwave, Fridge, Coffee Maker, Filtered Water 40 inch smart tv. NO PETS FOR ANY REASON. Allergy sensitive. We have another unit to host pets.

Joey’s Cozy Camper - Kayaking On a Mill Pond

Camper is located on a Marsh/Pond (NC Bird Sanctuary) behind our home. We offer kayaking, bird watching, and fishing via the town dock or by kayak. SMALL DOGS (under 20lbs) only ok. $25 each. Please check that you are bringing a pet even if it is a service animal as we have pets as well. Camper sleeps two in queen size bed. We live off a main rd. and close to I 40 so easy in and out and close to shops and restaurants. It is busy in the front but quiet in the back.

JCO Campground at Lee Baysden Pond hosts camping and glamping guests within our A-frame cabin situated within the trees on the banks of 26 acre, Lee Baysden Pond.. Try your hand at fishing with the included Canoe or casually off the banks. Enjoy relaxing in nature by a cozy campfire. Let the sounds of frogs and crickets lull you to sleep as you relax and unplug. Shared 80 acre space with other campers. Note: Linens not included. Not secluded but spacious.
