Come stay on the farm! 40 acre working hay farm with 2 ponds, starry nights, and beautiful views. Family friendly, 12 miles (~20minutes) south of downtown Durango and 15 minutes south of Walmart. This is located on our property right across the driveway from our house. *PLEASE, NO LOUD PARTIES, NO SMOKING(INSIDE OR OUTSIDE) NO DRUGS, NO DRIVING ON YARD/GRASS* *Parents: please be mindful of your kiddos as we do have ponds, large farm equipment, DOGS (please just ignore them), CATS, and horses*

Located 12 min to Downtown Durango, 8 min to Walmart, 10 min to airport, near Vallecito & Lemon, BLM near for hiking. Star gaze, enjoy the privacy, trees, views.

We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

The Cabin/studio at Cooncreek Ranch

Charming, unique and private studio with king size bed, queen size futon, kitchenette, bathroom and BBQ on a beautiful private, horse ranch JUST MINUTES TO DOWNTOWN DURANGO, DURANGO HOT SPRINGS AND PURGATORY SKI RESORT. Warm inviting atmosphere and natural setting with beautiful views, ponds and Cooncreek running through. Possible over night horse boarding for an added fee. Wifi is adequate but not sufficient for Zoom or gaming. Please! No pets!! Service animals must not be left unattended!

Owls Nest

Owls Nest is a private loft studio that looks out at the stunning views of La Plata Mountains and the sweeping farm land of Florida Mesa. It is 15 minutes drive from Downtown Durango. Guests will enjoy approx. 1800 sq. ft. of the upper level log home. Centrally located to downtown, airport, casino and popular tourists attractions. The home features a fireplace, Wi-Fi, and Satellite TV. Outside enjoy the deck, Hot Tub , Barbeque Grill, Fire Pit and Horseshoe Pit. We live on the property, but separate from the log home and are here to help our guests as we can. Our rental agreement is for a total of 4 people and please note that children do count in that total.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a working farm and ranch. You might see cows in the pasture by the house or get to watch the farmer cut and bale hay. This house is within an hour of Mesa Verde National Park, fishing, hiking, river sports, Pagosa Springs hot springs, Purgatory and Wolf Creek ski resorts, Vallecito and Navajo Lakes, and within 5 minutes of the Sky Ute Casino and the Southern Ute museum. The views from this place are amazing.

Stay for work or relaxation in this unique and charming studio filled with custom furniture and cozy amenities. Property backs up to the Florida River and has a view of the local historic Rio Grande Railroad bridge used in the movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. The studio has Starlink internet, the coziest bed ever, cute kitchenette and heated floor bathroom. Plus a wood pellet fireplace! Just 18 min drive to downtown Durango and 8 minutes to the closest coffee shop!

Unique, newly remodeled SW style custom 2 bedroom, 2 bath Casita located on a beautiful 50 acre horse ranch with expansive mountain views. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the La Plata mountains and beautiful sunrises over the lush horse pastures. We are working on decorating the game room and in the meantime could put air mattresses in it to accommodate 8 pp. Add on option: Advance grocery shopping where the Casita will be stocked upon your arrival for an extra fee.
