The Loft encompasses a cozy mountain cabin feel with modern updates and easy access to some of Southwest Colorado's best attractions. Marked trails weave around the property for early morning coffee walk or a moonlit snowshoe - courtesy snowshoes are available for guests. Deer frequent the property as well.

Staying in a Strawbale home is a special experience! The thick adobe walls create a cozy and warm feeling that a traditional stick built home just can’t. Enjoy the vaulted ceilings, heated floors, new appliances and natural sunlight. Backyard, fire pit and gas grill as well as outdoor eating space. The view from the kitchen looks out on a private pond and local historic (retired) Rio Grande Railroad bridge. Some scenes from the movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid were shot by this bridge!

This newly remodeled one-bedroom apartment is located on 5 acres of riverfront property. Private river access to the Animas River is 50 yards away. Also, enjoy the spaciousness of being in the country but less than 5 minutes from the grocery store and the best pizza in town. Two cruiser bikes with helmets and a lock are available for free. Access to the beautiful Animas City River Trail is available thru a private gate behind the apartment. It's a fun 10-15-minute ride to downtown.

We are close to Downtown Durango with family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, close to the airport and endless adventures. This two bedroom, one bath space is perfect for a small family or a few friends. Enjoy coffee with views of the Animas Valley, warm up next to the fireplace or soak in the 4-person hot tub. we have a full kitchen and bathroom. There's a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. We also have a small dinette in the living room for enjoying meals. There's a smart TV with streaming services, a record player, a karaoke microphone, a portable speaker, card games and puzzles for entertainment.

The New Beautiful Bunkhouse is your mountain getaway for some rest and relaxation just outside of Durango. Bright lofted ceilings, surrounded by nature, with some added country farm charm. This Southwest Colorado home is close to many tourist destinations, such as Mesa Verde, the Durango Silverton Train, Hovenweep National Park, Telluride and much more.

Covey's Cabin

An authentic Colorado experience 15 minutes from downtown Durango. Covey's Cabin is a tiny home, located at La Ponderosa, a multi cabin property equipped with many outdoor amenities! A barbecue, an outdoor fire pit, a lit up recreation area and a hot tub are all part of the experience! Seasonally, we have an organic vegetable garden and outdoor yard games as well! Cookie and Kareem, our mini donkey and fainting goat, are here to welcome you!

Amy’s Place

Welcome to our beautiful southwestern home with a view of open space and forest. You will be staying on the ground floor of a unique 2 unit home. A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!
