"The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

The Grey Barn, a newly constructed custom home, offers the perfect base for all your outdoor adventures in the Northeast Kingdom. Ride your bike right off the property onto the extensive Kingdom Trails network. Burke Mountain base lodge is less than 5 minutes from the house offering easy access to the slopes in the winter and the downhill bike park in the summer. With stunning views of Burke Mountain, the Grey Barn is also the perfect spot to relax & enjoy the clouds rolling over the mountains.

Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

Entire house - in town East Burke

Vacation with all the comforts of home. The house is ideally located in the Village of East Burke. It is an old 1832 farm house that has been restored and added on to. The house comes with a large yard, plenty of parking and a playground across the street for children. It is furnished to be warm and comfortable. The house has a large front to back living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, mudroom and washer/dryer. Burke Mountain, the Kingdom Trails and the VAST Trails are all very close.

Enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, game room, gas fireplace, and room for the whole family. We built much of the interior ourselves and are excited to share this special place with you!

Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!
