Convenient location to tour the scenic area, attend festivals, and other attractions in South Louisiana. Please email with any questions! *This is my home and primary residence when it is not rented to guests, so you will see my personal affects around the house (clothes in the closet, family photos, antiques & collectibles etc.).

Beautiful house located on the Mermentau River

Enjoy a relaxing stay at our beautiful home on the Mermentau River. This house sleeps 9 easily with 6 beds, a queen sleeper sofa, a futon and two full bathrooms to accommodate a large family. This home offers an outside screened in sitting area, and private wharf to enjoy fishing. Dock your boat at the public boat launch located about 5 minutes from the house and enjoy a nice cruise on the river. We also offer a camper spot located on the property for an additional fee, 50 amp full hook up.

Bayou Bungalow

Whether you are visiting Orange for work or play, the Bayou Bungalow is the perfect place to stay! This brand new cabin has 1 bedroom with a queen size Casper bed, plus a full size sofa bed in the living room. You'll find a huge walk in shower in the bathroom. The kitchen has full size stainless steel appliances as well as pots, dishes, coffee maker, etc. all the comforts of home! It even has a washer and dryer! New mini splits and tankless water heater keep you comfy during your visit.

Cajun Country Cottage

Relax in our Cajun Country Cottage setting with open floor plan. Just 5 minutes off of the busy Interstate 10 to our relaxed country setting. Whether your looking to lay your head down for quick stop and continue to end destination or looking for several night stay, we can accommodate your needs. Awake with sounds of rooster crowing and watch our herd of sheep grazeing. Our Jack Russell pups will often greet you! Cajun Cuisine within driving distance that will leave your heart wanting more!

The master bedroom is a true haven, featuring a dressing room for anyone who needs a bit of extra space. Our home was previously a church, built in 1943, that has been lovingly transformed into a residence. With its rich history and unique character, our property is one-of-a-kind. Whether you're here for a vacation or a wedding weekend, we welcome you!

Farmstead Retreat

Welcome to our Farm Retreat, Where you will find anything from wildlife to cows and chickens with fresh eggs even a few crawfish are possible. We are located 1 1/2 miles off Hwy 165 down a country gravel road and just 10 miles from Oakdale, La or the Coushatta Casino & Koasat Pines Golf Course and a few miles from the Calcasieu and Ouiska Chitto rivers where you can fish, swim or even canoe or enjoy and We are only two miles from the New Rice Wood RV Resort or just relaxing on the farm

Cajun Acres Log Cabin

Our cozy cabin sits in the heart of Cajun country, about 30 minutes outside of Lafayette. It's a great place to spend time relaxing in the quiet serenity of South Louisiana, or enjoy spending a night or more traveling through, it is located just 8 miles north of Interstate 10. We do not allow pets. The Cabin is all wood inside and has the great cabin smell the minute you open the door. It was built in 2014 by Amish builders in Pennsylvania and transported down by a truck.

This charming pool house has doors that open up to a poolside view. It has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom and a second floor that boasts a pool table and a balcony view of the pool! Sleeps 4. Downstairs sleeps 2 memory foam fold out sofa bed . Checkin time is 3:00pm and checkout is 10:00 am. We do allow lenient times upon request. Brand new memory foam mattresses on queen bed and queen foldout sofa
