La casa está pensada para parejas solas o con un bebé, tenemos cuna, trona, bañera y un espacio de juegos.

Se cobra una fianza de 500€ que será devuelto a la finalización y se incluye un gasto de luz de 20kw día.Si el consumo es mayor se cobrará aparte. Está prohibido que entren en la casa personas que no sean los huéspedes así como realizar fiestas y ruido que molesten a los vecinos. No está permitido fumar en el interior
