Situated on a plot of almost 10,000 sq. feet (900 m2) the villa is spread over 1 level mostly rebuilt with a spacious living-dinning room and kitchen facing the south garden and the private pool. It is located in a luxury and private urbanisation between Fuengirola, 1 mile south, and the classical Andalusian town Mijas, 4 miles north. Inside the urbanisation there is a private tennis club with both hard and clay surfaces. The nearest beach (Monumento de la Peseta) is just 1 mile South-East

Paradise Garden And Pool

Beautiful refurbished house with a modern style and designer furniture. The house has a sunny living room with an equipped kitchen. The house has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two beds. The house also has a playroom for children with a sofa bed. If you decide to bring a car we have 2 exterior spaces available and there is no problem to park outside if your friends come to visit. You will also enjoy a fantastic 300 square meter garden where you can swim in the pool.

You will be met by the Dragon Gate of Gaudi. House build in Castle style with marble floors and torches - a huge millstone as rallying point when eating. Great views over the sea from the garden and the terraces. Plenty of space indoor (750 m2) and outdoor - and a big saltwater pool to relax in. Enjoy the large sandy beach, the restaurants, huge shopping center and wild nature - all reachable by foot within 10 minutes. The white village of Mijas, is only 10 km drive away.

Our villa is centrally located in El Faro (Mijas Costa), between Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas. 500 metres to the beach and 200 metres to nearest supermarket. The nearest beach can boast with restaurant and two beach bars. Within 600 metres walk you have at least 10 restaurants to go to, so there is an abundance of choices if you to not want to go to Fuengirola or La Cala, but just want to stay at home. It is centrally placed in an area with many villas in El Faro.
