Welcome to our captivating windmill apartment in Chios, designed for up to four guests. Located just a 10-minute walk from the center of Chios town, you’ll have easy access to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and parking , ensuring a convenient stay.

Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο χωριό Αρμόλια,το οποίο ανήκει στα Μαστιχοχώρια της Χιου.Τα σπίτια είναι πέτρινα ,παραδοσιακά και χτισμένα το ένα πολύ κοντά στο άλλο.Το χωριό είναι γνωστό για τα πήλινα αγγεία που εδώ και αιώνες δημιουργούν οι κάτοικοι του.Περίπου στα 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ,ζαχαροπλαστείο,καφενείο,ψητοπωλείο,παραδοσιακή ταβέρνα,2 πρατήρια καυσίμων,φαρμακείο και κέντρο υγείας, ενώ πολύ κοντά βρίσκονται οι ωραιότερες παραλίες της νότιας Χίου(Κώμη,Μαύρα Βόλια,...)
