Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

Explore Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore beaches on Lake Michigan during the summer or cross country ski in winter, 10 minutes. Only 25 minutes to Crystal Mountain down hill skiing, cross country skiing, and golf. Enjoy 20 feet of private frontage on Big Platte Lake, visit Traverse City, visit Frankfort, or watch your favorite shows on Hulu or Peacock. Fish using 14ft rowboat. Kayaks provide exercise/relaxing float. One member of guests must be 25 years or older to reserve this property.

Cabin Unwind, tucked into the woods

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

This home is a lovely hub for your Michigan adventures, whether you plan to relax at home, explore outside, or enjoy strolling bars, restaurants, and ice cream parlors.

The Sawbill Surf Club is a house on the edge of the dunes and in the heart of the neighborhood, just a five-minute walk from the beloved Cabbage Shed. A place with a porch on the north, east, and west. There are three bedrooms and a reading nook on the upper floor. The kitchen, living room, reading room, and barn room are on the ground floor. The backyard is the sand dunes and the neighbor is the sea.
