Custom- built Barndo at Old 27 Ranch (upper house)

This is a custom built loft house attached to horse barn over looking acres of rolling green pastures. This horse property has been grandfathered into the city limits and has access to all the town has to offer. Yet peaceful, safe estate. Floor to ceiling windows, 2 level decking. Enjoy the views, bike (bike trail near) or walk/hike. Our land wraps around the Lake Opperman (not a sandy bottom lake) Bring your canoes and your books. Suite Cherry No. 1

Enjoy a private, main floor, three room suite with private off street parking and private entrance. No stairs to climb, just a ramp onto the deck entrance. You will have a living room with a couch, recliner, TV and small dining table. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a well stocked kitchenette. The ensuite provides a closet, plenty of shelving, storage cabinet and a full bathroom with apartment size combination washer & dryer. We'd be happy to share our back deck with you as well.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful cabin. It is steps away from a privately owned beach for you to sit back, enjoy the sunrise/sunset with a firepit. 5 minute walk away from the well-known Barsness park. Also, 5 minute walk away from Lake Minnewaska public boat landing and public beach. Or enjoy a nice walk to go downtown Glenwood to enjoy all the city has to offer!! You and your guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment. Located in an upstairs unit in historic downtown Fergus Falls, this location is walking distance from multiple retail stores, eating & drinking establishments and the brand new community pavilion located in Spies Riverfront Park where not only multiple community events are held but also our local Farmer's Market is hosted during the warm seasons.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located on 5 acres with plenty of space for activities overlooking Lake Pomme De Terre. You'll enjoy a private setting with peace and quiet. Conveniently located approximately 1 mile from public beach, boat access and Tipsinah Mounds golf course you'll be sure to have a great time. Pomme De Terre is a great 1800+ acre recreational lake for fishing, swimming and boating.
