This 2br home is nestled at the end of a peninsula’s over the water, 5min drive to downtown Portsmouth. Spend the day on the on deck, grilling or enjoy your own authentic Maine lobster bake, swimming and treasure hunting the shore. Also explore Kittery or downtown Portsmouth, both just five minutes away. Enjoy this freshly renovated home, water views from every room and window, all bedrooms are equipped with a/c, free WiFi and smart TVs. Fully equipped kitchen has an amazing view of the water.

Private entrance guest suite in a rural setting!

This is a private guest suite, attached to our home, with its own private entrance. There is no common area to the main home. It features a queen bed in a separate nook, a living area with a pull out sofa bed, and private bathroom with shower. Included is a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee nook. The total room size is approximately 320 sq ft. Please note guests are required to climb 19 steps from driveway to our guest suite. Please consider your own abilities when booking.

Within a short drive you will have easy access to walking trails, the Piscataqua River, and the beaches of Southern Maine/ New Hampshire. Dogs OK (fee)- No Cats (allergy issue).

Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

The Silver Fox Den

Enjoy a peaceful experience at this centrally-located space in the heart of historic Greenland. Perfect location for beach trips or exploring the quaint markets and local events of downtown Portsmouth. The Silver Fox is a 10 minute drive to all the best places in any direction. Enjoy walking paths to the park, take a beach chair and relax at Hampton or Jenness Beach or head to Portsmouth for great dinning and entertainment.)

Goose Point Getaway (a boutique AirBnB experience)

Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.
