Το σπίτι ξεχωρίζει για το μπλε βαθύ χρώμα του και την μοναδική του θέα προς το βράχο του Αρκουδίου, την ονομαζόμενη "Πέτρα του Κοκκώνη" {Kokkoni's Rock} και ταυτόχρονα στο ρομαντικό ηλιοβασίλεμα του Αρκουδίου. Ιδανικό τόσο για ζευγάρια όσο για οικογένειες και παρέες φίλων. Προσφέρει απλόχερα χαλάρωση και ξεγνοιασιά.

Deep Breath: Πέτρινο σπιτι στο χωριό

Στη Βυτίνα, που συνδυάζει την κοσμικότητα με την ησυχία και την επαφή με την ιδιαίτερη και αναζωογωνητική φύση λόγω της θέσης και του υψόμετρου, εκεί φτιάξαμε το σπίτι μας. Ήταν ένα πετρόχτιστο σπίτι, κι εμεις το ανακαινίσαμε με τον πιο σύγχρονο τρόπο αλλά διατηρώντας την αρχική όψη. Εκεί ζει κανείς την απόλυτη ηρεμία και ελευθερία αφού η απόσταση απο την πλατεία, τα μονοπάτια στην καταπράσινη βλάστηση και η επίσκεψη σε άλλα διάσημα χωριά, είναι μια "ανάσα"

Αρχοντικό Delvita

Παραδοσιακό τριόροφο πυργόσπιτο στην Καρύταινα. Ανακατασκευασμένο με πολλή φροντίδα από τους οικοδεσπότες με αυθεντικά ξύλινα στοιχεία και παραδοσιακές πινελιές στην διακόσμηση. Το σπίτι είναι σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή του χωριού με θέα στο γεφύρι του Αλφειού και το οροπέδιο της Μεγαλόπολης. Διαθέτει 2 τζάκια, ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και ψηλοτάβανες κρεβατοκάμαρες. Στην είσοδο διαθέτει αυλή με σκιά από μεγάλη καρυδιά και κληματαριά.

Το Torre Olympia είναι ένα προσεγμένο, φωτεινό διαμέρισμα που συνδυάζει απλότητα και άνεση. Μια ήσυχη βάση για ταξιδιώτες που εκτιμούν τη ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα και τη χαλάρωση στην καρδιά της πόλης. Φτιαγμένο για να νιώσεις αμέσως σαν στο σπίτι σου! Η ευρύχωρη βεράντα αποτελεί το ιδανικό σημείο για αποφόρτιση μετά από μία γεμάτη ημέρα. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον τρίτο όροφο και η πρόσβαση γίνεται αποκλειστικά μέσω σκάλας.

Ζήστε σε ένα παραμυθένιο περιβάλλον γεμάτο χρώματα και καλλιτεχνική αύρα,το χώρο ενός συντηρητή έργων τέχνης. Ο χώρος είναι ενιαίος η κρεβατοκάμαρα χωρίζεται δημιουργικά με κουρτίνες και βιβλιοθήκη και η σοφίτα εχει δύο στρωματα διπλό και μονό,στο σαλόνι υπάρχει ωραίο λειτουργικο τζακι και σόμπα!
