The McKenzie House sits on 2.5 private, quiet acres on the majestic McKenzie River, a half-mile walk from Loloma Lodge. A paradise for fly fishermen, cyclists, hikers, & skiers. Enjoy a riverfront sauna, hot outdoor shower, hot tub, & safe, easy river access. BBQ on the riverfront deck, picnic by the water or meadow, wander the woods, pick blackberries. Our cozy cabin is an excellent getaway for anyone who just wants to be surrounded by everything that Central Oregon has to offer. With the National Forest and the La Pine State park just a few minutes away, there are options for hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding or ATV rides. During the winter season, activities such as snowboarding, skiing, sledding, and snow mobile rides are only within 40 minutes away at Mt. Bachelor. City life in Bend is only 30 min away.

Rajneesh Aframe/Hot Tub, 10 min from downtown Bend

We are opening up our Aframe to host some visitors to Bend. This Aframe was originally built for the Rajneeshpuram, in Wasco county Oregon in the early 1980's. If you are not familiar with this interesting piece of Oregon history, we recommend you watch the documentary Wild Wild Country on Netflix. It is fascinating. Its a small little dwelling, we have a king sized Mattress in it (no bed frame due the space limitations), with easy access to a bathroom and shower in our home.
