Studio 202 in Historic Downtown Ellensburg

Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

The Wood House

The Wood House is a beautiful blend of both old and new while also having the luxuries needed to create the perfect stay. The exterior of the house is a striking mix of old-world charm and modern design, featuring a creative use of reclaimed materials. The interior is fresh and new including more unique touches and modern amenities. These elements give the house a distinct personality, blending contemporary aesthetics with a rich and eclectic feel. There is a mini fridge freezer, kitchenette, microwave, smart TV, A/C, desk, shower, and more! Enjoy the art of Ellensburg by a local artist. You may be serenaded occasionally during the hours of 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays by quiet violin and piano lessons and hear our young family during the day

Welcome to the Pinehaus! Nestled amongst the woods, on almost 4 acres, this cabin was designed to be a luxurious oasis to relax and recharge, a one of a kind experience. The space features a separate bathhouse that includes a sauna (with a large window), cold plunge, relaxation loft and a Hot Tub outside. It’s close enough to everything, but far enough in the tranquility of the woods. 10 minutes to DT Cle Elum. 15 minutes to DT Roslyn. 20 minutes to Suncadia. 1hr 30min to Seattle.

The Depot House

Come stay in our conveniently located house just 6 blocks from Central Washington University and Historical Downtown Ellensburg. This house is located on a quiet bikeway for low traffic noise. A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. Please come enjoy Kittitas County from this comfortable landing spot.

The Penthouse Palace

Only a few minutes walk from downtown, CWU and the rodeo grounds the Penthouse offers a full user-friendly kitchen, wonderful walk-in shower and covered 2nd story deck complete with BBQ and outdoor seating. With an abundance of natural light,come enjoy this space with its custom touches and attention to detail! It's the perfect home base from which to launch your stay in Ellensburg! Located on 2 peaceful acres & just minutes from CWU, fairgrounds, & downtown, the Cowboy House is the perfect spot for your time in Ellensburg. Bring your dogs to run free in the fenced pastures, relax on the comfy couch, & enjoy meals on the weather-protected porch. The driveway is a pull through so trailers are welcome. We have one security camera recording the driveway.
