The family room opens into the kitchen and has a double sleeper sofa & 2 recliners. It’s close to the community area with boat slips and swim area. Outside the kitchen is a large deck, a sitting area to relax and unwind with a glider and 2 chair gliders. When you walk off that deck there is a firepit with 4 adirondack chairs for a night time retreat, birds chirping, owls hooting, squirrels running freely. It has its own commmunity swimming area very close to the house.
