We have 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds- 1 soft pillow top mattress, and 1 firm memory foam mattress; to better suit guests different preferences. Smart TV located in the living room. We have an enclosed patio with monopoly table for play. Close to embassy theater, zoo, coliseum and more- We can help with easy directions!!

This downtown duplex is in a QUIET area just a 1/2 mile to the hotels, Grand Wayne Center, The Embassy, and Parkview Field. Many downtown restaurants and attractions a fair weather walk or short drive. My dad always said stay in a place as nice as your own home if not nicer, and this is it! The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.
