Downstairs there’s one living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one comfortable sofa bed and one TV, upstairs one comfortable bedroom, one bathroom with window and one big comfortable shower. Gli alloggi (3 camere matrimoniali + 1 camera con 2 letti) sono all'interno di una villa settecentesca ed arredati con mobilio dell'epoca facente parte dell'arredo esistente. Le camere sono situate al primo piano, servito da un'ampia scala. La villa è circondata da un ampio giardino con parco dotato di lettini e ombrelloni dedicati al relax degli ospiti.

A disposizione piatti, stoviglie, lenzuola, biancheria da cucina e da bagno. Tassa di soggiorno e colazione incluse. Parcheggio in strada con disco orario. Nelle vie attigue a pagamento.

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Il mio alloggio è vicinissimo alla splendida Piazza di Santa Croce. La zona è centrale ma tranquilla. In pochissimi minuti a piedi si posso raggiungere ed ammirare i principali monumenti della città: Palazzo Vecchio, gli Uffizi, il Duomo, Palazzo Pitti e la Basilica di San Lorenzo. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e le stanze son comode e spaziose. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie con bambini.
