It’s equipped with all comforts and it’s very close to the central Piazza Maggiore. Downstairs there’s one living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one comfortable sofa bed and one TV, upstairs one comfortable bedroom, one bathroom with window and one big comfortable shower. “La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Il mio alloggio è vicinissimo alla splendida Piazza di Santa Croce. La zona è centrale ma tranquilla. In pochissimi minuti a piedi si posso raggiungere ed ammirare i principali monumenti della città: Palazzo Vecchio, gli Uffizi, il Duomo, Palazzo Pitti e la Basilica di San Lorenzo. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e le stanze son comode e spaziose. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie con bambini.

La stanza è di 26mq, con comodo letto matrimoniale, vista piscina e giardino, due poltrone, una piccola scrivania, armadio per sistemare i vestiti, libreria con volumi a disposizione per la lettura. Il bagno, appena fuori dalla stanza (letteralmente la porta accanto), luminoso con vista sul giardino, è privato. C’è un piccolo frigo presente nella vostra stanza.

La camera è di piccole dimensioni ed è situata a piano terra in Via Serra 28, su un sentiero pedonale che conduce a Vernazza e Monterosso, e a Manarola e Riomaggiore. È dotata di bagno interno e privato, minifrigo, asciugacapelli, tv e connessione internet wifi. Durante il soggiorno nella camera, su richiesta vengono forniti gratuitamente i teli mare.
