**WE ARE ON THE US SIDE** Located on the 2nd floor of an older 2 story home. Private, nothing fancy, traditional Cozy 1 bedroom apartment. Similar to a cottage setting. WiFi/Paramount +included. There is also an apartment on the first floor and is completely separate. PEACEFUL AREA. Parking. MAXIMUM 3 GUESTS We live directly next door (brick house)and are 30 seconds away if you need anything. A small little bungalow/cottage that has all the basics you need for a beach vacation. Located within a 2 - 5 minute walk to the beach, bar/restaurants and Boat launch. Perfect for a couples get away or a family of 4. Kids welcomed. Our Place is a 4 night minimum from June 15- Sept 1 before or after that if an inquiry is sent for less days we will accept the offer if it's available.
