The Casita is a separate building next to our home. Its unique design with saltilo tile and natural stone kitchen gives it lots of character. You will enjoy a private bedroom and separate living space. Close to Orfila winery, and San Diego's incredible wine region. You will have a private patio with access from french doors in your unit. There is a bbq and pool in our shared back yard space, available for our guests only, upon request. This space is not offered for parties, or gatherings, sorry.

Creekside Studio (private entrance)

Creekside Studio is a cozy, well equipped, private yet centrally located studio retreat in South Escondido. It is on a 1-acre, quiet cul-de-sac lot, attached to the main house (our residence), with it’s own private entrance. The studio has a small kitchenette (no stove), a queen size bed and a twin sleeper/couch and a bathroom with shower (no tub). Roku TV, free-WiFi keep you entertained or hang out on the deck with your coffee in a park-like setting.

Fontaine Family Vineyards has a 2 person renovated suite with outdoor patio overlooking the vineyard, private entrance and easy parking, and enhanced cleaning protocol. The Guest Suite features a TV, fridge, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee/tea, utencils, pots/pans, BBQ w/side burner, patio lounge area, all with views of vineyard. The room has a private entrance. It's ideally located in a residential area of Ocean Beach. 5 blocks to the beach, OB pier, and 2 blocks to village life, shops & restaurants. It has a queen bed, a small private bathroom with a shower, a fridge, TV, Wifi, microwave, etc. Guests will love the location and privacy! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.
