So, when you book this bungalow, the rest of the estate is closed, and you will have sole, uninterrupted use of all of the grounds. This lovely private cottage within 20acre gardens has 1 double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with single oven, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, table and chairs making it suitable for longer or short stays. The bathroom has full size bath with power shower overhead, and the sitting room 2 double sofas, smart tv and wood burner giving the cottage a really cosy feel. Guests will have access to the well known Green Island Gardens and Colchester is only a 5 minute drive away.

The Garden House

We have a lovely Studio with a courtyard garden. The space has one double bed and a two seater sofa. The Accommodation has a toilet, shower and kitchen facilities including a Microwave, fridge and electric hob. TV and Wi-Fi are also available. Colchester is a lively town and offers lots of history and architecture. There are plenty of things to do including visiting museums, art galleries, historic buildings, cafes, shops and restaurants. The university of Essex is within close proximity.

Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.

The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.
