(Piper loves people just as much as myself..☺️) My 2-story home is built right around 1900 . They will have the entire upstairs. The bedroom consists of 1 queen bed, full bathroom, walk in closet. There is a sitting room with a futon, and coffee bar which is equipped with a fridge, microwave, & kuerig.

Efficiency kitchen with open living space including an island with seating for four plus a dining table for six. What makes our cottage a unique experience are the gorgeous water views from just about every room and the sunsets are amazing too! You may even forget that you are in Central Illinois! Our cottage is not cluttered but tastefully decorated with wonderful hand-picked vintage pieces. It evokes a warm and cozy, yet very peaceful and comfortable environment.

The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub! Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!
