B&B with Garden View in Stunning Art Nouveau House

Explore galleries in the Arts District and stroll back to a majestic century house teeming with original character. Climb stairs to the privacy of a second floor room with en suite shower room. Awaken when morning light peeks through a south-facing skylight. Breakfast is served at convenience in the Dining room. Public car parking in the street is possible but paying. NOTE : A special Discount can be applied for any long stay - ROOM-ONLY (that is, No Breakfast provided) : send us an Enquiry so we can make you the best proposal. Guests rooms are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 1st Floor is private. The guests Breakfast room and salon are shared, and situated on the ground floor. In summer breakfast on the terrasse is possible. The gym room is in the basement. Ironing is possible in the laundry room, near the gym, upon request. The house was built in 1909, and is located in the upper Saint-Gilles district. This is the Art Nouveau and Art Deco area, also known for its many art studios and exhibition spaces. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and amenities are close by. PUBLIC TRANSPORT The public transports for Brussels region are called STIB (or MIVB in flemish) and include Metro, Tram and Bus. SNCB is the national train operator Most Metro/Tram stations have only tickets vending/cards loading machines. It is only in main hub stations that tickets and cards can be purchased from the public counter. Tram, metro and bus are integrated with transfers allowed. Each ticket or journey on a multiple journey card is valid one hour, irrespective of transfers. Brussels residents use a personalised MOBIB card. Visitors use an anonymous MOBIB card, which can be loaded with 1, 5 or 10 journeys. It can be used by several persons, provided it is validated for each person and for each trip. On board a tram or bus, you can only purchase single journey tickets, but this is a more expensive option. ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS MIDI TRAIN STATION Taxi from Bruxelles Midi (Brussels Zuid) train station: +/- 12€. You can also take the underground tram 3 or 4 or 51 respectively direction Winston Churchill or Stalle or Van Halen , and hop off at station Horta. Then walk uphill along the Chaussée de Waterloo and avenue Ducpétiaux is the 4th street on your right. The house is situated on the left side. ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS AIRPORT (ZAVENTEM) Taxi from Brussels National airport: +/- 50€. From the airport, it is faster and often cheaper to take the train to Brussels-Midi. From Bruxelles-Midi, you can take a taxi for +/- 12€. Alternatively, you can also take the underground tram 3 or 4 or 51 respectively. See above for details. TO GO TO BRUSSELS CENTER Via MIDI station You can either take tram 3 or 4 at HORTA direction Esplanade or Gare du Nord, and step off at BEURS/Bourse (eg to go to Grand Place). Via SABLON / ZAVEL Take tram 92 at MA CAMPAGNE direction SCHARBEEK and step off at SABLON or PALAIS; from there you can walk down to Grand Place in 10 minutes Walking You can walk to town in about 25 minutes, via Avenue Louise and Sablon. Chambre d'hôtes à louer dans une maison privée, à deux pas des institutions Européennes, dans le quartier Schumann. La chambre est équipée de deux lits jumeaux, permettant soit de recevoir un couple, deux personnes, une personne ... au choix. Possibilité d'accueillir une troisième personne dans une petite chambre attenante. Une salle de bain personnelle est réservée aux hôtes : WC, douche, double évier et baignoire, sèche cheveux. Linge de toilette et draps fournis. Possibilité de prendre un petit-déjeuner, au prix de 8 € par personne. Par beau temps, il peut être pris sur la terrasse donnant accès au jardin, sinon il se prend dans la salle à manger de l'hôte. Le quartier est très bien desservi par les transports en commun ce qui permet d’atteindre les faubourgs et le centre ville en très peu de temps. Volledige bovenverdieping met alle comfort, aparte ingang, drie kamers met elk een privé-badkamer en wc, eetplaats met volledig uitgeruste keuken, extra kinderbedje mogelijk op aanvraag. Drie parkeerplaatsen en terras met jacuzzi, privaat gebruik, geen ruimtes gemeenschappelijk met andere huurders. Wifi in de hele accommodatie. Landelijke omgeving met veel wandel- en fietsroutes en toch dichtbij de Brusselse stad. Verhuurder steeds beschikbaar. Optie om een ontbijtmand te reserveren (betalend).

Sfeervolle kamer in prachtige, natuuromgeving!

Centraal gelegen tss Leuven, Brussel en Waver in de prachtige Druivenstreek! Het Meerdael- en Zoniënwoud, De Doode Bemde en de kronkels van de Ijse en Dijle zijn pareltjes van de natuur om te wandelen of fietsen. Kajakken kan ook!(Dijle). Ontdek de geschiedenis van de druif in het museum en beleef onze jaarlijkse druivenfeesten mee. Het bekende tramstationneke uit het stripverhaal van "Nero", Het domein Folon, de Leeuw van Waterloo, Pretpark Walibi,.. U bent er op een kwartiertje met de wagen.

Une chambre tout confort (lit double 160x200), spacieuse et lumineuse, dans une maison de charme de 1934 d'inspiration Art Déco, située dans un quartier calme et vert (forêt de Soignes, Parc de Woluwé), à proximité des divers centres attractifs de Bruxelles. Salle de douche et toilette privatives. Bien desservie par les transports en commun, proche de l'aéroport et des gares, accès facile en voiture (parking aisé gratuit). Petite chambre avec boxspring à côté de la ville

Chambre avec lit "Box" pour 1 ou 2 personnes située au calme et à côté de la ville. Pas loin des transports publiques (15 min à pieds) qui vont vers le centre-ville. A 650 m d'une longue rue commerçante "de wand" et de divers supermarchés. A 1,9 km de l'atomium et Bruxelles "Expo", à 900 m de la tour japonaise, à 1,2 km des serres royales de Laeken et à 5 min. en tram du "Shopping Dockx". Pas loin de l'aéroport. En même temps près de la nature pour les promenades. Bref, le bon équilibre.
