This space is the lower one half of a lake front walkout in a very nice quiet neighborhood. You will be able tho enjoy the lake scenes in all 4 seasons from the heated cedar porch. Watching wildlife is always entertaining and relaxing. In spring/Summer you can try your luck at fishing on the private dock. Fishing equipment is available at the house and a bait shop is only a couple miles away.The perennial garden adjacent to 4 season porch will add to the ambiance during the growing season.

The main level has sitting/game/TV area, dining, full kitchen, bath with step in shower. The upstairs is an open concept with two queen beds, convertible sofa, family room, laundry area, and second 3/4 bath.

Modestly decorated with eclectic treasures. Our guest suite is great for brewery, antique or local sports enthusiasts or a couples weekend or solo adventurers getaway. Cozy one-bedroom cabin on a quiet lake in a residential area within city limits—perfect for a peaceful escape. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the deck or private dock, great for fishing and kayaking. Inside is warm and inviting with a comfy queen bed, kitchen and dining area and lake views. Ideal for couples, small families or solo travelers. We have two kayaks to explore the lake and creek inlets. Wi-Fi included. Come enjoy the calm.

Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes! Cleaning fee included in the nightly rate.
